At TREK POINT we ship orders every day of the week so you can get your new items as soon as possible. The package is usually delivered within 2-5 working days if you order with standard shipping.

Yes, you can easily add more items to your order. However, this assumes that we have not yet packed the original order. If you find an item you want to add, simply contact customer service.

If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us by phone or email. We will then check whether your e-mail address is correct and then resend the order confirmation to you.
